Always be moderate in your consumption. Do not exaggerate with the wine. This type of diet should be considered especially if you are not working and if you are staying at home and not driving. You don’t want to take the risk of driving under the influence of alcohol or to do some mistakes at your working place. Also make sure that you can control yourself.
