Paris Cheese Day is a new event that will begin its inauguration on January 25, 2016 at the Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris, France. Overseen by Jean-François Hesse, General Director of Transversal, the Food, Wines & Spirit arm of Florence Gillier & Associates Group, Cheese Day will promote this event to honor fine cheeses from France and abroad. Cheese Day event will feature tastings which will include a variety of fine cheeses and spirits in a celebratory atmosphere.The day will start off with a Press Lunch based solely on cheese presented by 3 Star Chef Yannick Alléno, accompanied by French “grand vins” and Spirits.

The event will include a sampling booth where guests can try an assortment of cheeses from countries including France, Italy, Normandy, Switzerland and the Netherlands. French wines and Spirits will also be served to accompany the fine cheese selection.

Cheese day will offer a tasting workshop held by the French Cooking Media “Elle à  Table”.
Master classes will also include discuss the Universe of Cheeses.
