 Stewed Beef, Fontina cheese, Duck Confit, Squab, Wild Game such as rabbit, mushroom risotto, truffles, pot roast, pork, wild boar, roasted root vegetables

 Full bodied in nature willing to show its more exotic wild side, this wine shows well with many wild game dishes and would compliment further by a pairing with Moroccan spiced squab in a cherry reduction sauce accented by almonds, chermoula, and orange cumin dashed carrots.
