Monday, May 6, 2019, Actor and comedian George Lopez got all of his friends together for a friendly round of golf and a celebration of the comedians birthday. What transpired was an afternoon of laughs, plenty of adult beverages and a lot of money raised for The George Lopez Foundation. The George Lopez Foundation works to create positive, permanent change for underprivileged children, adults and military families confronting challenges in education and health, as well as increasing community awareness about kidney disease and organ donation. was a sponsor of the Gratitude Lounge presented by Doris Bergman Public Relations. Celebrities made the rounds after their round of golf and were treated to special gifts from a multitude of vendors.

After the golf tournament guests were out on the lawn dancing to live music and taking part in a silent auction. The numbers are not in yet but in past years this event has raised $700,000 dollars for the George Lopez Foundation
