Summer in the mountains is exactly what the body needs. Fishing, hiking, golf, and mountain biking all finished off with fine dining and early evening lounging. Pop open a bottle and allow yourself to breathe in the cool air and take in the scenery of Colorado.
This summer Mountain Village will host Telluride Reserve, a new food and wine event set for Aug. 15-18. Small groups of guests will be able to wine, dine and interact with award-winning chefs, winemakers and culinary influencers—set within gorgeous private homes and venues like Allred’s, Telluride’s flagship restaurant—with no oversized tents in sight.
This is a food and wine event that is more about intimacy and the experience and less about long lines and feed stations.

Telluride Bike Park
Through Telluride’s million-dollar investment, the new Telluride Bike Park will showcase miles of gravity-fed flow trails, smooth sweeping turns on a rain-absorbent surface and arching bridges. Camps and guides are also offered for riders of all abilities and age groups. The bike park is set to open in June 2019. This is not just for the adventurous as there are plenty of fun family friendly trails and some mild trails where you are biking to just to burn enough calories for your next meal.
Sunset Concert Series
This summer in Telluride listen to music as the sun goes down past the ridges of nearby peaks while experiencing an eclectic mix of music acts.
Commercial Flights at TEX
For the first time in its history, Telluride Regional Airport (TEX) will offer commercial jet service. Denver Air Connection will launch daily flights on the 30-seat jet from Denver (DEN) to TEX on May 15, 2019. The flights will operate year-round.
The Peaks Resort & Spa
Lower oxygen and increased UV exposure in higher altitudes can wreak havoc on the skin. Telluride vacationers often visit The Spa at The Peaks to get high-altitude massage treatments and HydraFacials that use Naturopathica and Tata Harper (a brand new partnership with The Spa) products respectively to replenish their skin. The Spa has also developed new treatments to accommodate mountain bikers exploring the Telluride Bike Park this summer.
