While Cosmopolitan has been known for its excellent dining options since they opened their doors there was a bit of a void when it came to casual dining on the property. This void has been filled by Block 16 Urban Food Hall. Salty, Savory and Sweet all in one spot with District: Donuts. Slider. Brew.  Pick up a sandwich Nashville Hot Chicken, indulge in porchetta at Lardo Las Vegas and satisfy a foodie craving at Pok Pok Wing. You’ll find a secret bar here called Ghost Donkey and it fits with the Cosmopolitan Culture of being in the know. No need to tell you where it is, you’ll find it but it is always cool to think there is something out there that others don’t know about.

 

 

NoMad Las Vegas

Vegas has a way of making you feel like a VIP even if you are playing the penny slots. NoMad, on the other hand, has you feeling like an ultra VIP with a swagger. The menu is focused on sushi and seafood but is rounded out with your typical Vegas standards of beef and veggie offerings. You’ll be at Catch Las Vegas for the seafood and the cocktails. The cocktail program and the lounge are pure Vegas. Find a seat in the lounge Thursday through Saturday where the resident DJ sets the tone for your Vegas experience.   

 

The Cocktail Collective at Venetian and Palazzo Las Vegas

The Palazzo and Venetian did a great job with their new look. What they did an even better job with is the addition of a few great bars. The Cocktail Collective as it is referred to includes The Dorsey, Rosina, and Elektra. The Dorsey is sophisticated and alluring, while Rosina is sexy and subdued and Elektra is the high energy sister of the other two. Your night should end Elektra but you will need to bar hop between these three bars and their individual cocktail programs.
